Bee Pollen contains many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which produces several health benefits such as decreased inflammation and allergies, stress reduction, improved immunity, and faster wound healing.

Bee pollen tends to have a slightly sweet with a floral taste. If you’re new to bee pollen, we recommend starting with 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon per day, and a maximum daily intake of 1 tablespoon. many people mix it with juice, water, or a shake, add it to oatmeal or anything of your preference. DO NOT TAKE if you are allergic to pollen or bees.
