Bee pollen tends to have a slightly sweet with a floral taste. If you’re new to bee pollen, we recommend starting with 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon per day, and a maximum daily intake of 1 tablespoon. many people mix it with juice, water, or a shake, add it to oatmeal or anything of your preference. DO NOT TAKE if you are allergic to pollen or bees.
